1. Pray first that you and your spouse would be humble in order that your prayers would not be hindered.
Husbands, in the same way be considerate as you live with your wives, and treat them with respect as the weaker partner and as heirs with you of the gracious gift of life, so that nothing will hinder your prayers. 1 Peter 3:7
2. Pray that the work of your spouse’s hand would be blessed by God.
My dear child, I see God in your eyes, I smell the sweet fragrance of eternity in your short breaths. With your little grasp of my finger I can feel the tug of a world beyond this one, a world that I will call home one day. Gracie, you have refreshed my eyes on the one and only God, a good God who loves us so much that he gave his little baby, his only baby to this world to be tortured, humiliated and put to death. Dear Gracie, I love you so very much, I cannot bear to imagine your death.
On the one hand gun owners can justify owning a gun and in all respects there is nothing wrong with it. Guns are a good way to bond with your child; you can take her hunting or target practice and make a day of it. Many people feel safer with a gun in the house in case of an intruder.

It was around 7:00 am on an average morning just like this one. My brother and I were riding together on our way to work. Going the toll road has become a ritualistic motion of life Jamie and I do without thinking.
As a web designer I have to make decisions that effect many people. One for example: What screen resolution do I want a page to look good in? Since around 1995 I have always used a screen resolution of 1024×768 or higher.
When I would build a web page I made it look good in that resolution. I assumed that since I used it everyone else surely must also. I later came to realize then even as modern as we are around 45% of internet users at the time used 800×600. When I reduced my screen to 800×600 my web pages looked horrible.
Look around you. The people you walk among are so valuable to God that he sent his one and only son to this earth to be tortured, humiliated and killed. For our sake! Just because the person next to you has a smile doesn't mean everything is alright. Take a few moments to lend an ear or sometimes give a testimony. It just may be the difference between life and death.
I was going through old emails today. I found several emails I sent to Charles Stanley and Michael Beale where I was asking for help with prayer and more specifically prayers.
As I took this trip down forgotten lane my attention was brought to the exact prayers I asked for. I had long since forgotten or wrote off these prayers as unanswered and I figured that God must have a reason and I did say if it is your will Lord (why would he if it’s not? I just like saying that I think) so I assumed it was not his will.
